  1. Free US Shipping over $70 Enjoy free shipping on orders over $70 within the United States.

  2. Returns and Exchanges Criteria We gladly accept returns and exchanges that meet the following criteria:

    • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
    • Unused items with original tags, in their original packaging (if applicable), and in the condition received.
    • For returns over $500 from a single order, a 7% restocking fee will be applied.

  3. Return Process

    • Use our automated returns portal to request return authorization and receive a prepaid shipping label.
    • Ship the return within 3 business days of receiving the label.
    • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received.

  4. Exchanges

    • Full-priced exchanges: A prepaid return label will be provided at no cost. Place a new order and email us with both old and new order numbers.
    • Sale item exchanges: Sale items are final sale but can be exchanged. Place a new order for the same item(s) with different size or color.

    • Online orders can only be returned/exchanged online; stores will not accept online returns/exchanges.
