Returns and Exchanges Criteria We gladly accept returns and exchanges that meet the following criteria:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Unused items with original tags, in their original packaging (if applicable), and in the condition received.
- For returns over $500 from a single order, a 7% restocking fee will be applied.
Return Process
- Use our automated returns portal to request return authorization and receive a prepaid shipping label.
- Ship the return within 3 business days of receiving the label.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received.
Exchanges
- Full-priced exchanges: A prepaid return label will be provided at no cost. Place a new order and email us with both old and new order numbers.
- Sale item exchanges: Sale items are final sale but can be exchanged. Place a new order for the same item(s) with different size or color.
Important Notes
- Online orders can only be returned/exchanged online; stores will not accept online returns/exchanges.
Damaged Products and Lost Items
- Hashbc is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged products after shipping.
- If items are received damaged, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Retain packaging materials for the claim.
